About This Opportunity

Academic Pediatric Emergency Medicine The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center is seeking BE/BC candidates in Pediatric Emergency Medicine for the Division of Emergency Medicine.

Applicants should have a strong interest in clinical care and teaching. Well-established Division of Clinical Research will support research interests. Applicants will be considered for academic faculty appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, dependent upon experience. The Division currently provides 24/7 Pediatric Emergency Department as well as evening/weekend urgent care services in a brand new facility.

The UMass Memorial Children's Medical Center is the sole provider of pediatric tertiary care in a large area of central Massachusetts. It is accredited by the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions (NACHRI) and the ACS as a Level One Pediatric Trauma Center. All this in a beautiful area of New England with easy access to Boston, Providence, beaches and ski areas.
